TEACHERS - KS1 & UPPER KS2

Our calm, organised, bright and flexible learning environment supports everyone to achieve their very best.  Dedicated, highly trained support staff to support with the most complex needs including our own Speech and Language Teaching Partner, a wonderful pastoral team and an experienced, strong SEND team. 

Looking after our staffs’ well-being is always on our agenda: A Well-Being Charter that includes free lunches as well as flu jabs, regular subject leader release time, Parents’ Meetings during the school day, robust appraisal systems that support career progression and opportunities to socialise and have fun together.  We are also committed to eradicating unnecessary paperwork including changing our planning requirements and shortening annual pupil reports as well as admin demands.

We are seeking two CLASS TEACHERS: The first position will be in Year 5 from the summer term onwards.  The second is a PPA role initially and then a KS1 position from September.  

We are looking for determined and talented individuals who are excellent teachers, with high expectations of pupil achievement and are excited and passionate about supporting all pupils to achieve their best. We are looking for teachers who are able to fully support the Headteacher and school team to work across any Key Stages if needed. 

Ideally, we’re seeking exceptional PE and DT Subject Leaders but are more than willing to negotiate these roles for the right candidates.

You will:

  • Have a passion for making a real difference

  • Be able to establish productive, supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families
  • Have a proven track record of pupil progress and closing gaps in attainment*

*This role is not suitable for ECTs

1:1 SEN TEACHING PARTNER (PART TIME)

We are seeking a PART-TIME 1:1 SEN TEACHING PARTNER who is able to be flexible in supporting pupils who have an EHCP, across both KS1 and KS2. The successful candidate will be able to fully support the Headteacher and school team in achieving our vision.

This role would be suitable for a SEN specialist or an experienced teacher/teaching assistant.

The working pattern will be 8.45 am – 12.45 pm with flexibility for additional hours for the right candidate.

* hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient;

* able to establish productive supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families;

* able to multi-task and be independent in leading pupils learning across both Key Stages

* able to demonstrate how you have supported positive pupil outcomes against all odds!

* qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent;

20 hours per week, term time only plus Inset days.

8.45am – 12.45pm Monday-Friday

CLEANER

Further than that though, we plan to meet the diverse needs of our community…. creating opportunities for every member of the community to come together, interact together and learn together.

To support our vision we are seeking a CLEANER who are able to fully support the Headteacher and school team in achieving our vision.

Are you

* hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient;

* able to demonstrate good cleaning skills ;

* flexible, self-motivated and able to demonstrate a good level of initiative;

* have experience of COSSH

The position is for 15 hrs per week, term time only, plus Insets, plus 2 weeks in the holiday

The working pattern is Monday – Friday  3.30 – 6.30 pm

Salary Grade 1, Pt 1,   £18,333 pro rata

This is a permanent position.
