Looking after our staffs’ well-being is always on our agenda: A Well-Being Charter that includes free lunches as well as flu jabs, regular subject leader release time, Parents’ Meetings during the school day, robust appraisal systems that support career progression and opportunities to socialise and have fun together.  We are also committed to eradicating unnecessary paperwork including changing our planning requirements and shortening annual pupil reports as well as admin demands.

We are seeking:

  • an experienced Class Teacher for KS2 to join our team, ideally on the 1st January 2024, or as soon after as possible for the right candidate
  • an experienced Class Teacher for KS1/KS2 to join our team after Easter 2024 on the 8th April 2024

We are looking for determined and talented individuals who are excellent teachers, with high expectations of pupil achievement and are excited and passionate about supporting all pupils, especially those with SEND needs, to achieve their best. We are looking for teachers who are able to fully support the Headteacher and school team to provide the best start to our pupils learning journey.

You will:

• Have a passion for making a real difference

• Have a proven track record of closing gaps in attainment and achieving strong pupil progress

• Be able to establish productive, supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families

• Be hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient

We are seeking School Teaching Partners to coach children across KS1, KS2 and support the Headteacher and school team in achieving our vision.

Are you:

* able to establish productive supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families;

* able to multi-task and be independent, using initiative at all times

* able to demonstrate how you have supported positive pupil outcomes against all odds!

* equipped to coach and mentor pupils with special educational needs and behaviours

This role is perfect for someone understands no two days are the same, you will need to be flexible and understanding that the needs of the pupils are our number 1 priority.

October 2023 – Rated GOOD by Ofsted

Salary Scale:     Grade 5 Pt 11 – 14 £25,979 - £27,334 FTE per annum, pro rata

Working Time:   The role will be 20-32.50 hours per week, term time only, plus Insets
