Our calm, organised, bright and flexible learning environment supports everyone to achieve their very best.  Dedicated, highly trained support staff to support with the most complex needs including our own Speech and Language Teaching Partner, a wonderful pastoral team and an experienced, strong SEND team. 

Looking after our staffs’ well-being is always on our agenda: We’ve introduced a wellbeing package supporting colleagues with medical support and advice, 24/7 helpline and seek feedback directly from our team to consistently enhance our ways of working. We are seeking School Teaching Partners to coach children across KS1, KS2 and support the Headteacher and school team in achieving our vision.

* able to multi-task and be independent, using initiative at all times

* able to demonstrate how you have supported positive pupil outcomes against all odds!

* equipped to coach and mentor pupils with special educational needs and behaviours

This role is perfect for someone understands no two days are the same, you will need to be flexible and understanding that the needs of the pupils are our number 1 priority.

October 2023 – Rated GOOD by Ofsted

Salary Scale:  Grade 5 Pt 11 – 14 £27,269 - £28,624 FTE per annum, pro rata, pay award pending.

Working Time: The role will be 20 hours per week, term time only, plus Insets
